At our store, we truly care about the environment. The very nature of our products stands for eco-friendliness and all-natural ingredients usage. I mean, just look around: Our world is beautiful. It is a place of wonder that we simply have to preserve, have to save. By making our cosmetics and other items natural and “green”, we show our appreciation for the world we live in, for our green planet.
Since I started to run this small business for three years, I read, listened, studied in some medical schools, sought professional advice, and made my first products to try them on myself, my family, and my friends. Receiving my first order was absolutely thrilling.
So, GreenCharmCosmetics was born.
Some years later, my wonderful and very talented son joined me, and I very much appreciate his advice, work, and help. Quite recently, my mother, who is an inexhaustible source of recipes for home and folk medicine, has started to help us, and GreenCharm became a true family business.
Our cosmetics use only the natural and organic ingredients that we buy in organic shops in Latvia and Europe. A lot of them we produce ourselves. It is actually really healthy, not just for us but for the world around us. I know firsthand how important it really is to care for the environment. Besides looking after my store, I also look after and cherish my three adorable Chihuahua doggies!

We take care to ensure the quality and eco-friendliness of the ingredients we use in our products and even the packaging material. Only the most recyclable and non-polluting packaging materials are used. Nothing here is wasted, nothing that can damage our ecology is used, and we want all of you to see the beauty of living green and natural through our products made with care and passion.

From a young age, I had strife with oily and acne-prone skin. I have tried many remedies, even going so far as to get professional help, but unfortunately, it didn't really help solve my problems. One day, I thought: "Maybe I can help myself?" and then I started studying books on dermatology and cosmetology, interested in what happens to the body and the skin, I started looking for the recipes. Gradually, I realized that I could make my own scrubs, creams, and medicated ointments for myself.
Later, I became interested in other cosmetics (for hair and body). I started to study this side of cosmetology as well. For almost 4 years, I researched the topics needed to jump-start my production. Many of my friends have become the sort of "test subjects (haha)" while I presented them with my newly developed products, and I insistently asked for their opinion on how to improve my craft.
Recently I realized that I can help not just myself but also other people, that I could make anyone's life easier and help them with their beauty problems. Then I opened this shop. After much consideration, I decided to extend the variety of goods in my store: Now, the store sells not just cosmetics but also various bags, purses, hand-knit and machine-knit accessories, all made with care and passion for the environment.
The moral of this story is: First, help yourself, then your friends, and then you will want to share your knowledge with everyone else, making you great help to people in need. And I hope that the story of my shop will continue for a long time.
